What’s the same
All of our policies regarding room reservations remain the same, including:
- You must still book meeting rooms at least 3 days in advance
- You can have a study room for up to 3 hours at a time (and up to 3 times per day)
How do I register for an event?
If you already registered for an event using our old system, we have moved you over. Starting today, you will need to register for any events using the new Library Calendar system — we will disable the Evanced registration systems and put links there to the corresponding programs in Library Calendar to help remind you.
