Thank you, Clarksville!

Thank you to everyone who came out to the Clarksville Branch today to support the library as we celebrated receiving a $75,000 grant from the Town of Clarksville! We’re excited to use this funding for some great technology projects, so be sure to stay posted for updates about our renovations.

Closing Early for Thunder Over Louisville

Both the Jeffersonville and Clarksville locations of the Jeffersonville Township Public Library will close at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 21 for Thunder Over Louisville. The parking lot at the Jeffersonville location will remain available for event parking.

Jeffersonville will reopen at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, April 23; Clarksville will reopen at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 26.

New hours at Clarksville

The Clarksville Branch Library has new temporary hours to accommodate its construction schedule:

Mondays — Wednesdays CLOSED
Thursdays 9:00 a.m. — 8:00 p.m.
Fridays 9:00 a.m. — 5:30 p.m.
Saturdays 9:00 a.m. — 5:00 p.m.
Sundays CLOSED

 

Please note that this schedule ONLY applies to the Clarksville location and is only for the duration of the renovation project. The main Jeffersonville location will still be open its full normal schedule.

Clarksville Groundbreaking

Thanks to everyone who came to the groundbreaking ceremony for the Clarksville Branch Library’s renovation project on April 3rd! We held the actual ceremony indoors due to the high winds but we made it outside to actually break some ground. Check out a few photos from the event:
